Thanksgiving in SLC

We had a great trip to SLC. The airplane ride with all 3 kids was surprisingly uneventful. Ben fussed a few times but got over it quickly. Matt picked a great hotel for us to stay at too. We had a suite, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen/dining/living room area. The hotel also had a pool and hot tub. Ben and Josh (see picture to top left) (Brittney's son, our great nephew) seemed to really enjoy each other.
Grandpa Byrd was able to 'borrow' a perfect location for our Thanksgiving day feast and activities. I believe it was the cultural center on the University of Utah campus. We had a basketball court, pool tables, foosball table, air hockey table, ping pong table, a big kitchen and lots of room for our 30 people. Tristan and Reid are playing ping pong, see picture above.

Tristan and Grandpa Byrd were able to play lots of games of pool.

Benjamin also enjoyed playing pool!

Happy Halloween!

Tristan looked great in his Pirate costume, we took this picture before he headed to school. Matt and I took Reid and Ben trick or treating Monday night October 30th which was trick or treat night down here. I have never understood why so many seacoast towns in southern Maine and New Hampshire trick to treat the night before Halloween but they do. Reid was Cinderella, with glass slippers and all and Ben was a frog. We thought it was really cute, princess and the frog.
We met up with Amelie and her parents to walk around Agamenticus. Reid and Amelie had a great time. Ben was in the stroller most of the the time but was pretty happy. Ben is walking now too, I meant to put up a post when he started walking but I just didn't get around to it. He started walking Columbus day weekend.
